- Listings: Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions. Buyers should review listings carefully before booking or purchasing.
- Payments & Fees: All payments go through ReParty. Service fees are shown at checkout.
- Delivery & Pickup: Delivery costs are based on distance or zip code. Otherwise, pickup is coordinated between users.
- Cancellations:
If a Seller cancels, the Buyer gets a 100% refund and the Seller pays ReParty’s platform fees.
If a Buyer cancels, the Seller’s listing cancellation policy applies.
- Returns & Damages: Rental items must be returned on time and in the same condition, or extra fees may apply.
- Disputes: We can help mediate disputes, but our decision is final.
- Prohibited Activity: No fraud, harassment, fee circumvention, or illegal content.
- Liability: We provide the platform “as-is” and limit our liability to $100 or the fees you’ve paid in the past 6 months.
- Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms, and we’ll notify you if we make big changes.

ReParty Terms of Service
Welcome to ReParty! We are excited to have you join our community. Whether you're an event professional or a party-loving parent, our goal is to make it simple, fun, and sustainable to buy, sell, or rent event and party décor.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReParty’s peer-to-peer marketplace and related services. Please read them carefully. By accessing or using our website at https://www.letsreparty.com or any of our services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using ReParty, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use ReParty. By creating an account, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and will comply with all applicable laws.
3. Your Account
- Accuracy of Information: You must maintain accurate and up-to-date information in your account.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. You are liable for all activities under your account.
- Transfer Restrictions: You may not transfer or assign your account without ReParty’s prior written consent.
- Suspension or Termination: ReParty may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for fraud, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms.
4. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
5. Content and Listings
a. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content you post, including photos, descriptions, and pricing.
b. License to ReParty: By posting content, you grant ReParty a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Service.
c. Prohibited Content: You may not post or list any content that:
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Is false, misleading, or deceptive
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Is harmful, abusive, or otherwise violates ReParty’s policies
6. Listings, Transactions, and Payments
a. Marketplace Role: ReParty is a platform that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee the items listed.
b. Seller Responsibilities: Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and ensure they have the legal right to sell or rent listed items.
c. Buyer Responsibilities: Buyers must review listings carefully prior to purchase or rental.
d. Payments: All payments, including deposits for rentals if applicable, are processed through ReParty’s platform. Service fees and transaction fees are disclosed at checkout.
e. Taxes: Users are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from their transactions.
7. Delivery, Pickup, and Returns
a. Delivery Options: Sellers may offer delivery services, with pricing based on distance (e.g., 0–10 miles, 11–20 miles, 21–40 miles, 41+ miles). Delivery options will be displayed during checkout.
b. Pickup: Buyers and sellers are responsible for coordinating pickup where delivery is not offered.
c. Returns for Rentals: Rental items must be returned in the agreed-upon condition and timeframe. Late returns or damages may result in additional charges, as determined by the seller with support from ReParty.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
a. Seller Cancellations: If a Seller cancels a transaction after the Buyer has remitted payment, the Buyer shall be entitled to a full (100%) refund. The Seller shall be solely responsible for reimbursing ReParty for any and all platform fees or costs associated with the transaction.
b. Buyer Cancellations: Cancellation policies for buyers are determined by the seller or rental owner and are outlined in each listing.
c. Refunds: ReParty does not guarantee refunds but may assist in dispute resolution at our discretion.
9. Item Condition and Responsibility
Users agree to treat all items with care. Renters must return items in the same condition in which they were received. Loss, damage, or excessive wear may result in repair or replacement charges.
10. Disputes Between Users
ReParty is not liable for disputes between users but may, at our discretion, offer limited dispute mediation. Users must cooperate with our support team and provide documentation when requested. ReParty’s decision in such disputes will be final and binding.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Post false, misleading, or illegal listings
- Use the platform for fraudulent purposes
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Harass or harm other users
- Circumvent ReParty’s fees or platform policies
12. Platform Fees and Payouts
ReParty may charge commissions, service fees, or delivery coordination fees, all of which will be disclosed prior to confirmation. Sellers and rental owners will receive payouts after applicable deductions once the transaction is marked complete. Payout timing may vary based on financial institutions.
13. Intellectual Property
ReParty, its logo, and all platform content are the intellectual property of ReParty and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
14. Third-Party Content and Services
ReParty may include links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties.
15. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. ReParty disclaims all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to $100 or the total fees paid by you to ReParty in the prior six (6) months, whichever is greater.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReParty, its affiliates, and Karra Law Firm from any claims, damages, or losses related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
